In-Home Computer Technician

• Type: Contract
• Experience: 5 or more years or A+ Certified (preferred)
• Location: Greater Los Angeles Area
• Wage: 15-25% of gross total for each Job

Computer Technician Position Description:
The main duties of an E-Geniuses Technician are to travel to customers within a 15 miles radius of your area to perform on-site computer servicing such as repairs, upgrades, maintenance, virus/spyware removal and hardware installation. Technicians must have great customer service skills and respond promptly to service calls. Physical appearance must be acceptable according to business standards.

The most important qualities that an E-Geniuses Technician must have are self-motivation, in-depth knowledge and interest in computers and new technology and focus on the customers’ wants and needs. It is vital that Technicians foster customer relationships, suggesting appropriate solutions and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
